At Luxejewelsnyc, all jewelry is carefully inspected prior to shipping. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Material Disclosure

  • Our jewelry is gold filled, gold over brass, gold over stainless steel, or stainless steel unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Stones used are Cubic Zirconia (CZ) unless otherwise specified.

  • Gold-filled jewelry is not solid gold and requires proper care to maintain its appearance.

  • CZ stones are simulated gemstones, not diamonds.

Care & Wear Disclaimer

  • Normal wear, improper care, exposure to water, sweat, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or improper storage may cause tarnishing, fading, discoloration, or stone loosening.

  • Such changes are considered normal wear and are not manufacturing defects.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, wear, or failure to follow care instructions.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Items must be returned in original condition, exactly as received.

  • Jewelry must not be worn, used, altered, resized, or damaged.

  • All original packaging must be included.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or used jewelry

  • Items with signs of wear, discoloration, scratches, missing stones, or damage

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items

Refunds

  • All returns are subject to inspection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.

Chargeback & Fraud Protection

  • Any item returned that shows signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage will be rejected and returned to the buyer.

  • Fraudulent claims, chargebacks for worn items, or abuse of the return policy may result in order refusal or account restriction.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos and original packaging are required for review.

  • Failure to report within this timeframe may void eligibility for replacement or refund.
